COVID-19 WEEK 5: real estate market stats (Week of April 13-19, 2020)
COVID-19 really took in to effect on the 3rd week of March, being the week of March 16, 2020, when we had the stay at home order and that Ontario was declared a state of emergency.
There were still 283 sales during the week of April, with approximately 1,300 properties listed. That gives us a Sales to New Listings Ratio (SNLR) of 21.7%.
